You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose.  No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.  All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. 
Credit Cards
All billing information is processed by   We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover  and American Express.  There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).  Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.  PayPal is owned by eBay and is secured by multiple industrial security technologies, including solutions from Verisign.

In our attempts to combat fraud, we can only ship to the credit card holder's billing address. Please ensure you list the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement or it may be declined by our merchant bank.

We screen diligently for Credit Card fraud!  We pursue all legal avenues - advise credit card companies, credit bureaus, and law authorities regarding any suspicious, attempted, or experienced credit card fraud.
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties.  You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be placed on back order.  Back ordered items usually ship within 4-6 days after being placed on back order.  You will be charged for all products ordered, plus any applicable shipping charges.  You will only be charged for shipping on the original invoiced product.  Back orders are shipped at no additional charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  TSR Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether TSR Products signs them or not.  We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available.  Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00pm EST or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday.  However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.  We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We keep your personal information private and secure.  When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password.  We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience.  Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials, and new additions to the TSR Products site.  You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.  We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
Privacy on Other Web Sites
Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices.  Please consult each site's privacy policy.  Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are still in unopened original packaging.
Shipping Policy
(We do not ship orders on Sunday or Holidays). Our web store will compute correct shipping charges for International shipments and domestic shipping within the United States.  You will have several shipping options to choose from through FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), or United Parcel Service (UPS).  With USPS, we always use delivery confirmation with domestic shipping and packages are insured.  FedEx and UPS shipments have tracking and are insured.

Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout.  All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options.  If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order.
Signature Waiver
On the shipping page during checkout you may have the option for Signature Waiver.
If you select Signature Waiver:  The shipping carrier will be directed to deliver your package without a signature being required.  This option is not available for International addresses, orders which include HazMat items, and when the payment method is Paypal.
If you do not select Signature Waiver:  You may be required to sign for your package upon delivery.
Damaged Package Claims
If you have received your order and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package).  Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes.  We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.  Customers with packages that have not been received after 30 days from shipment date, can file a claim directly with us.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state.  For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TSR Products shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  TSR Products shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TSR Products shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
TSR Products wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience with us.  If for any reason you don't like or don't want something you purchased from TSR Products, you may return New and Unused merchandise within 30 days for store credit; other types of refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please purchase insurance for any return shipments, as we are not responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit.  New and unused merchandise must be returned with their original packaging.  If you choose to refuse your package upon delivery once we receive the package back to our store, we will refund your order minus any shipping fees associated with your package.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise claims for TSR Products are quality assured.  If you have received a part which is defective, please contact us to receive a RMA# and product replacement details.  Most replacement parts will be shipped the same day the claim is filed and no charges or shipping will be charged to the buyer unless the item to be returned is not received within 10 business days of the claim file date and RMA# request.  If after 10 business days the defective parts are not returned or parts show signs of use or tampering, all replacement and shipping charges will be charged to the original purchasing credit card account.  Please purchase insurance and delivery confirmation for any return shipments, as we are not responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit.  We will reimburse return shipping charges as store credit when defective items have been inspected and determined to be defective.

Non TSR Product defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product.  Please note that we are not responsible for non TSR Products defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise.  Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty.  If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
